Does an individual's gender affect how they deal with change?

Just curious of your opinion. Here are my thoughts, do you agree?

I believe men tend to be more concerned with how a change affects them personally whereas women tend to be more emotional and concerned with the effect on the group when dealing with change.

Do you agree or disagree? Any thoughts?

Of course women and men at different to things our brains are different and we have different experiences on which to base our reactions. That is one reason that no matter how much parent try to raise their children gender neutral they find out that boys still act like boys and girls will basically act like girls. You can't change basic biology and nature I don't care what you do.
